Low Calorie Strawberry Smoothie
  • 2 Cups of Fresh or Frozen Strawberries-100 calories
  • 3 Ounces Plain Low Fat Yogurt-40 calories
  • 1 Cup Fresh Spinach-10 Calories
  • 1 Teaspoon Chia Seeds (optional)-22 Calories
  • 1.5 Cups Water
  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. If you use fresh strawberries you will need to add ice cubes to make the smoothie a bit more cold or ice like.
