Article from VA Pilot on Collective Buying Sites (like Groupon)

Laura sent me a link to an article found in Sunday’s edition of The Virginian Pilot.  My husband read me the article as I was finishing up matchups Sunday (we’re weird, I know).   I didn’t realize there are two other Groupon-like sites in Hampton Roads.  The first is Scoopcoups and the second The VA Pilot offers called Pilot Daily Deal.  I don’t know anything about these 2 sites.  If you’ve made a purchase through them, please let me know.  I’ll look more into the deals after I finish up Harris Teeter Super Doubles deals.

I have ordered a few Groupons and have been happy with my discounted purchases.  I would definitely recommend at least signing up to get the daily deal emailed to you.

Go HERE to read the article. Even if you’re not in Hampton Roads, it still gives you more information on collective buying sites.

Thanks, Laura!

I've purchased from the Pilot's daily deal. I earned a bunch of $$ from referrals when they offered the $5 for 4 tickets to Cinema Cafe deal. 🙂
