I know some of my wonderful, loyal readers have noticed I disappeared yesterday. I won’t go into too much detail now but, I’ve been in bed with a spinal headache. Sounds fun right? After a procedure Thursday morning I experienced a rare complication – my spinal fluid was leaking! This leakage causes a spinal headache (think migraine times 1000!) I had a blood patch this afternoon to plug that leak, and I’m feeling so much better! I should slowly be returning to normal over the next few days. I’ll hopefully be ready to jump back into full swing after the weekend.

Oh my, I get one of those everytime I have a baby(from the anesthesia). They hurt sooooo bad, but a blood patch fixes it. The last time, I had to get 3 of them to fix it! Hope you feel better?

Nasty hope you feel better soon. My babysitter just had to get one of those and she was down and out for a few days but the headaches lasted for two weeks. I hope that's not the same for you. And make sure you're drinking lots of fluids.
