Get Coupons From JCPenney

Have you signed up for the JCPenney Savings Newsletter?

Last time I posted this offer, some people received coupons almost immediately while it took awhile for others.  I’m also still hearing reports of $10 off $10 purchase coupons and $10 off $25 purchase coupons being sent via email upon registration.  I have no idea what triggers a specific coupon to be sent out.
