It is a random RR. I did the deal 3 times today and 2 out of the 3 got RR. The manager pulled it up in the computer and it is not through wags. Good luck.
I bought 2 packs of the Clean Care, not the Ultra, so I didn’t get my rebate rewards. 🙁 It was still a good deal on my favorite toilet paper. I have 2 more coupons, so I will probably head in there again to try to get the rewards.
