My CVS Trip

This is not a post about my great deal (low OOP) this week at CVS. I didn’t walk in and spend $0.25 for the items pictured, but it was still a GREAT deal!

See my matchups HERE, prices good through today.

I wanted the Oral B toothbrushes but they were out, so I picked up 2 or the last 4 Huggies diapers.

Here’s the GREAT part…
ALWAYS scan your Extra Care Card when you walk into the store! A $1/1 CVS shampoo/conditioner product coupon printed out for me. The price for the conditioner above is $0.99 making it FREE after coupon!

I needed to fill a prescription, so I used the FREE $25 gift card when you fill a new or transferred prescription coupon that printed out for me approximately 4 weeks ago. This is really FREE because insurance pays for the script!

I also picked up my 50 FREE prints mentioned HERE!

Here’s the breakdown:
2 Huggies Diapers @ $8.99 each
1 CVS Conditioner @ $0.99
50 FREE prints $0
Use 2 $3/1 Huggies Diapers from HERE and HERE
Use $1/1 CVS Shampoo Product coupon
Used $4 ECB’s
Final: $8.67 OOP
Saved $18 with CVS Savings, Coupons and ECB
Earned $5 ECB for Diapers and $1 ECB for Green Bag Tag (hit 4th visit)
I now have $11 worth of ECB’s to use after just four weeks and many purchases!
My plan was for this to come out of the gift fund because I don’t need diapers any longer! Wahoo!
However, I have the $25 gift card.  Imagine the possiblities-$16.33 remaining of FREE CVS money!
