My desktop computer died on me again this morning! I took a break from working on CVS and came back to find my computer telling me it can’t find the operating system. My father-in-law rebuilt this computer 6 months ago when it died on me the first time. I guess it’s time for a new computer. Ugh!
Please excuse any delays in postings as I’m working on a 9 year old laptop that is rather slow. Hence the reason CVS was just posted at 11am! I know I’m fortunate to have a backup computer. This one just drives me a little crazy.
If anyone has a computer that they love, I’d appreciate any recommendations. I plan to start researching new desktop computers tomorrow. I’m thankful to have a savings fund to help pay for this, just not so happy to have to use it 🙂
Hi Dana! I need a new computer too. I want a desktop as well. My computer is about the same age as yours and I use XP. The thoughts of relearning an operating system is why I am procrastinating! I wish I could just transform my computer into a new time zone and be done with it! Minne continually locks up on me!

I still have no idea what I'm going to do about a new computer. My husband thinks I should just get a better laptop since it's more versatile. I think he's probably right but I like my desktop computer!
