I went to the peninsuls town center in Hampton and purchased 2 body creams. When the cashier didn’t give me a rewads card I asked her why and she told me this district wasn’t participating in the program and gave me a card to call customer service. I was surprised since I have gotten rewads cards at this store in the past?
I have never run into that problem – the Victoria Secret I usually shop at has always been really nice. Once a manager tried to explain how the retail stores were different than the online store though – maybe that had something to do with it?
