Pulled pork, which is selling for just $4.49 per pound, is a customer favorite so you will want to grab a case or two. The new premium Patio Steaks come in cases weighing approximately 33 lbs, each of which holds 8 vacuum-sealed packages of 4 individual steaks. But what exactly is Patio Steak anyway, you ask? It is a premium cut also frequently referred to as Flat Iron Steak. And every Patio Steak (at just $6.49 per pound) is USDA Choice grade or higher.
The new USDA Choice Chuck Roast is on sale for $5.79 per pound. Cases weigh approximately 35 lbs. (remember: Zaycon Foods automatically credits the difference between price paid and actual weight) and in each case are 12 individually wrapped beef Roasts. These Roasts are great no matter how you cook them, but they’re simply superb when used in slow cooking recipes. The natural, tender juiciness of our Roasts lends a savory deliciousness that will have you wishing you ordered more!
