Bulls-Eye House Party & A Giveaway!!! *Closed*

I was selected to host a Bulls-Eye House Party last Saturday night!  Read my post HERE if you’re not sure what House Party is all about.  You can see from the picture above what was included in my kit.  Oh, we moved the party location to my mom’s house so we could utilize her pool.  Do you remember how hot it was last week?!

I really should have taken more pictures at the party, but I was too busy cooking and watching the kids swim.  Derrick was the grill master and got a lot of use out of his new grill kit.  The brush was especially helpful since he had to brush all the different sauces over the chicken as it cooked.

The Bull’s-Eye Regional BBQ Sauce flavors included: Carolina, Kansas City, Memphis, and Texas Style. We did a taste test using the Chicken-Memphis and Kansas City were the favorites.  Although, Carolina almost beat out Kansas City. Texas seemed to be the least favorite of the 4 sauces. My personal favorite was the Memphis Style.

On our menu:
Pork Ribs made with Memphis Style Sauce
Chicken-1 piece with each of the other sauces
Pasta Salad
Corn on the Cobb

We also played Cornhole.  This was a first for me, but I actually had a lot of fun.  I played on a team with my brother and we won!  Ha!  The kids also enjoyed the game.
