EZ Sox Training Socks Review & Giveaway *CLOSED*

*CLOSED*

Does your toddler constantly tell you, “I’ll do it myself?”   I can’t even count the number of times I hear those words in a day.  LuLu is little Miss Independent.  It doesn’t matter to her if she really can do it herself or not.  Getting her socks on in the morning is no exception.  However, it is a constant source of frustration for her.  She not only has a difficult time pulling the socks up, but putting them on the right way (the heel tends to be on the top of her foot).

EZ Sox are the first training socks for toddlers.  LuLu was able to use the loops on both sides of each sock to pull the sock on her feet while the fun graphics on the tops of the socks help show her which part should be on the top of her foot.  She also loves the cute bunny design and has wore her new socks several times since they arrived.

PhotoPlaque from PlaqueWorks.com Review & Giveaway *CLOSED*

*CLOSED*

Are you looking for a unique gift this holiday season?  I had the opportunity to review a PhotoPlaque from Plaqueworks.com for the Dear Santa event.  Let me tell you, these are not traditional plaques.

My original thought when working with PlaqueWorks.com was to create a PhotoPlaque for my mother-in-law for Christmas.  I wanted the American Pride Design with a photo of her 4 grandchildren.  After searching through our family photos, I realized we didn’t have a current picture of the kids that was worthy of putting on a plaque, much less hanging on the wall.

Fix-It and Forget-It Kids’ Cookbook Review & Giveaway *CLOSED*

*CLOSED*

Do your children like to cook?  Mine are constantly under-foot in the kitchen asking to help me prepare meals or bake special treats.  The Fix-It and Forget-it Kids’ Cookbook by Phyllis Pellman Good is specially designed with children’s tastes & abilities in mind.  The kids cookbook contains 50 favorite recipes each with a full-page, fun and colorful photo.  What sets the Fix-It and Forget-it Kids’ Cookbook apart from other cookbooks is that all the recipes are intended for cooking in the slow cooker!  No open flames or hot pans for my little ones!

One of my kids favorite foods is tomato soup.  We were excited to find a recipe for Tasty Tomato Soup in the Fix-It and Forget-it Kids’ Cookbook.  It was easy to prepare & the kids love being able to cook their own dinner.  Since you mix all ingredients before turning the slow cooker on, the kids are able to cook a meal all by themselves!  I hope their love of cooking lasts!

REACH & REMBRANDT Product Review & Giveaway *CLOSED*

I don’t know about you, but I like to give & receive practical gifts. I thought a gift package of REACH & REMBRANDT products would be a great idea for the holiday’s! Derrick thought it could send the wrong message & possibly upset a sensitive recipient. Personally, I would make a joke about my personal hygiene habits but be excited to have products that I can actually use. My kids get a new toothbrush & toothpaste in their stockings every year, so this is nothing unusual in my house.

My Web RC Iron-Eagle Helicopter Review & Giveaway *CLOSED*

*CLOSED*

My Web RC Iron-Eagle Helicopter is the perfect gift for the little (or big) man in your life.  If you’re child is asking for an RC toy this holiday season, the Iron-Eagle Helicopter is for you.  I’ve had a helicopter zooming around my house since the moment the Iron-Eagle Helicopter arrived.  I can’t tell you who is enjoying it more; my son or my husband!

It took several days for the boys to become proficient at flying the helicopter.  The controls take some getting used to & it’s sensitive to any air movement.  They have now learned all the tricks and are able to make it fly the perimeter of the backyard or follow me around the house (still not sure why that’s fun).
