I didn’t have to cook much last week, but I really don’t feel like cooking this week now either.  I think I’m in a cooking slump.  I received lots of dishes for freezer cooking & a Kitchenaid Mixer for Christmas, but I don’t feel like using them.  Maybe next week 🙂
