I was in desperate need of fresh produce, so I was thrilled to see all the 99¢ deals at Farm Fresh this morning.  I know telling you all this will backfire on me since they will be gone tomorrow BUT look for $0.55/1 peelies on the Nature’s Own specialty bread.  On sale B1G1, so $0.79 each.  While not free or super cheap, this is as great deal for whole grain bread.

I really needed a bunch of non-coupon items this week, so my total is not impressive.

Mushrooms $0.99
Celery $0.99
Lettuce $0.99
Carrots $0.99
Potatoes $1.99
2 Nature’s Own Bread- $0.55/1 peelie $1.58
4 Goldfish $1
6 Powerade $3
3 Freschetta Pizzas $9.98 (so much cheaper than delivery!)
1 Puppy Chow $2.39

Total Paid $24.62
Total Saved $23.69
About 50% so not too terrible

I also ran to Harris Teeter because they had organic milk on sale for $4.49.  I picked up organic and regular milk, coffee creamer, the same Nature’s Own bread deal as above and a block of cheddar

Total Paid $15.71
Total Saved $6.02
(cringe)

I also made a quick trip to Target this week

How did you do?

Did awesome. I got my Pizza’s all three for $7.98!! I used (2) $1/1 and a $2 coup because I knew it would not double! There is only a 2 “like” when it is the same coupon! Also got Peter Pan for only .49!! Whoot-whoot!

I saw the peelies too! Just a heads up for anyone that has a wonder bread outlet…they put their good brands and healthier breads on the 79c shelf when closer to best buy date. Mine offers a military discount as well.

We didn’t need much. I’m busy spring cleaning and moving most of the stockpile into donation boxes because we have too much food and stuff. But we demolish sodas and powerades, so this was a great week for me! The graham goldfish are part of the deal if you have the 35c coupons still. Lucky for me, because my printer malfunctioned (as usual) on the second goldfish coupon.

    8 – 12packs of soda
    17 – powerades
    3 – bags of goldfish
    2 pounds of tomatos
    1 Odwalla bar
    1 Hormel Kids
    1 Bread
Total 24.98 Saved 58% I never get that kind of savings with all that soda so I am very happy! I had cats from last week too, so that helped.

My Target didn’t have the John Frieda hair color 🙁

Glad you had the other Goldfish coupons! My kids were sooo excited! You did great! I love having the CAT’s to bring down the cost of products such as soda.

Sorry your Target didn’t have the John Frieda 🙁

I did pretty good at Farm Fresh. Total Value $63.15 & I paid $25.53 a 64% savings! I got the $0.49 pb, too! Got the Lay’s chips & pretzels for $1.98 & then used the coupon for free Sierra Mist. Goldfish was probably my best sale 4/$1.00!!! And then they had a stand by the cheese that had Keebler cookies for $2.49 & they all had $1.00 peelies on them!
I have also been buying the Smart Balance Milk, lately. Using a coupon for it often makes it 1/2 the price of regular milk & it tastes great! We go through milk so fast, this is a way I’m trying to save!

      Nice savings!

I know! The Goldfish were a great deal! Perfect for taking to the beach or pool this summer. Great find on the peelies!

I like Smart Balance milk too. I was a bit scared to try it (creature of habit) but my family didn’t even notice a difference.
