Good Morning! Was at FF early this morning to get the 10 item CAT deal among other sale items. Was in a rush, so when they printed out, I didn’t notice until was home that I received 2 box top coupons, but no 5 dollar CAT! Is there anything I can do?

      I got a 25 Box Tops, a 10 Box Tops and a $5 CAT – not expecting the 10 Box Tops

I would first talk with the manager with your receipt and items & the Box Tops CAT to see if they can print it for you. If that doesn’t work –

Call Catalina Marketing at 1-888-8COUPON or email http://info.catalinamarketing.com/contact

Same thing happened to me a few weeks ago. I called Catalina and they were so helpful. They mailed me the cat and it arrived in just a few days. No problems.

Anyone get good deals today. Here was my deal.
First of all got to say I love when they put the new ppl on during coupon Wed. Day.
My Cashier made a big mistake. Here was my receipt.
    1 kiko man
    1 ole taco dinner kit
    2 edy bars
    2 pizza rols
    4 pizza partys
    1 yoplat smooyhe
    2 swt moments bars
    Retail cost of 25.80
    Final cost 6.39
The cashier gave me my Farm Fresh $5/25 first. That really helped my total go low.
My coupons added up to $14 which she should have taken off first. My luck she was new. After the order was thru got a $5 CAT. Makes total $1.39 (95% savings)

Although I love the deals at this store, Farm Fresh has really started to annoy me lately. Today, for example, I spent an extra twenty minutes in the store trying to figure out why several of my coupons wouldn’t double. The cashier and I tried to ring the order through a few different ways, and the manager was nothing short of rude. Finally, I just cut my loses and went to another FF.

It wasn’t until I got home tonight (after visiting the other FF) that I realize what was going on: the Farm Fresh registers are set up to recognize how much in CATs will print out and will only double coupons up to the cost of all items + the CATs. They’ll allow you to purchase the items for free, but they won’t let you make any overage. I’m assuming that is also why the register spit back my $5 / $25 a few weeks back when I had several CAT deals.

I probably wouldn’t be so irritated about it if it weren’t for the fact that I went to the anti-coupon FF for one of my trips today and the manager lied to my face about the corporate policy on internet coupons. I left and went to another more coupon friendly store afterward, but it still left a bad taste in my mouth.

Unfortunately there are a few non-coupon friendly stores in the area. I’m so sorry you had trouble with a manager lying to you about the policy. Have you contact corporate?

I too am growing more and more annoyed with my local farm fresh. I go to the Willow Oaks store on Fox Hill Rd. I have always been able to use more than one CAT coupon when checking out. I was trying to use two of the $5 CAT coupons yesterday and they said it was not allowed. I’m very confused, I tried to read the back of the coupon but there was a line and I could not make sense of it so I just said, “ok” and left.

Is it true that you can only use one of the $5 off coupons at a time?

So many other complaints but I’ll spare y’all. 🙂

Sorry you’re having so much trouble!

The last line of the $5 CAT states Limit one coupon per purchase.

Different CAT’s may have different wording so this may not always be the case

      Karen,

See my post above about “non-coupon friendly” Farm Fresh stores. I have called Corporate about the manager at this store repeatedly, but they do nothing except apologize. The store manager has directly told me that he hates couponers and hates having them in his store. The customer service representatives have made similar comments.

Both the Phoebus store (corner of Mercury and Mallory) and the store by AMC theatres are coupon friendly and the managers are extremely helpful.

same will FFresh across from ches. general hospital. When you get a rain check make sure you keep a copy of the ad. They will quickly say that the item written on the rain check was incorrect. Is it my job to explain/argue with them what was on sale weeks ago? I only shop at FFresh when i can get stuff for almost nothing or overage after catalina. Don’t hate us because we know how to use coupons and sale for our advantage? It’s funny how they insist on World Class Customer Service, when it should be World Worst Customer Service. I shop at Harris Teeter more since they have much better customer service and their rainchecks never expire.

WOW, take a copy of the ad! I’ve heard of people having issues with the store ( I never shop there anymore), but needing a copy of the ad for a raincheck is over the top.

Head down to the Mt. Pleasant location for better customer service
