This offer has expired, but there is a similar deal updated for 2016. They are offering “One free friend ticket per season (spring, summer and fall) with active membership” for seasons pass holders.
Does anyone know if the member must be with the friend? Has anyone ever sent a friend without being there?
The member must be present with their friend. Once you print the friend pass, it will stated on the ticket.
Is this still good for 2017?
This is supposed to be one of the perks for getting a seasons pass. I don’t have the full details yet to paste into the post. You should be able to see info once you put in your seasons pass number on the website.
I just purchased the dual yearly pass again and was told that I could bring 1 friend free to both Busch Gardens and Water Country.

I was told when I bought my platinum pass I could bring a friend for each season. Went today and had to pay 50 for friend to get in. Said it was for only certain times during the fall season which had expired. Misinformed when I bought he pass. Thinking about cancelling.
Yes, the free friends pass is now limited to certain times. I’m sorry you we misinformed when you purchase the pass. The dates for howl o scream have already passed.
I still find the seasons pass to be a great value, but I know the savings isn’t as great as getting a friend in anytime.
