Cinemark’s Summer Movie Clubhouse

Cinemark is offering discounted movies for kids this summer.  It’s not free like Regal’s Family Film Festival, but it is super cheap if you don’t have a Regal theatre in your area or just prefer these movies.  Cinemark’s Summer Movie Clubhouse allows you to purchase tickets in advance for all 10 shows and only pay $5.  Not sure when you’ll be able to attend?  You can pay $1 at the door.

Click on a theatre in your area to view the movie schedule.

Thanks, My Military Mommy!

I was excited to learn that kids under 5 get in FREE with a preschool pass at Busch Garden’s beginning May 20th!  I thought I was going to have to purchase “LuLu’s” ticket this year.  I’ll get the season’s pass (free parking) and hubby and “Monkeyboy” will get a fun pass.  I love saving money!

Go HERE to get all the details.

Thanks, Mom on Dealz!

Border’s Summer Reading Program

I posted about the Barnes & Noble Summer Reading Program this morning. I’ve just learned that Borders will have a similar program for kids this summer.  Border’s Book Store is featuring the Double-Dog Dare Summer Reading Program. Kids read 10 books of their choice to earn a FREE book when they present the completed Double-Dog Dare form at a local Borders Store.

I love extra incentives to keep kids reading this summer!

Thanks, Mom on Dealz!

Want to reward your school-age child for reading this summer?  Have them participate in Barnes and Noble’s Passport to Summer Reading Program.  Once your child (grades 1-6) reads 8 books, he/she gets to pick out a FREE book at Barnes and Noble! Get all the details HERE.

I can’t believe “Moneyboy” will be able to participate this summer!  He will be in 1st grade next year! How did my baby boy get so old? It’s really sad actually…

Thanks, Saving and Stewardship!

My family will be heading to the Greek Fest on Saturday night in Norfolk, VA.  My mom goes every year and tells me the food and entertainment are great!  “Monkeyboy” went with her one year and had a blast!  You will pay to eat, but I hear the gyros are reasonably priced.  Go HERE to get the details and times.  Be prepared to walk and wait in line for food!
