I know some of my wonderful, loyal readers have noticed I disappeared yesterday.  I won’t go into too much detail now but, I’ve been in bed with a spinal headache. Sounds fun right?  After a procedure Thursday morning I experienced a rare complication – my spinal fluid was leaking!  This leakage causes a spinal headache (think migraine times 1000!)  I had a blood patch this afternoon to plug that leak, and I’m feeling so much better!  I should slowly be returning to normal over the next few days.  I’ll hopefully be ready to jump back into full swing after the weekend. 

Look forward to a slew of posts and a fun event notice after I recover!’
