JCPenny has announced that they will be opening for Black Friday sales on Thanksgiving Day at 8pm! This is the same time their competitor Macy’s will open on Black Friday.
Don’t forget the they will be giving away a Free Snow Globe this year although the start time for this freebie is said to be 4am on Black Friday.
