Little Debbie Cloud Cakes Review & Giveaway (Win a Case!) *CLOSED*

The Little Debbie story began during the Great Depression and has since became a household name.  Little Debbie has recently come out with a new snack cake called Cloud Cakes, which are vanilla creme-filled golden sponge cakes.

My kids flipped over the Cloud Cakes when my review package arrived!  I had 3 kids (my 2 & a friend) dancing around the kitchen and singing with excitement while I opened the box.  All 3 kids immediately devoured the Cloud Cakes and asked for more.

Here’s what the kids had to say about Cloud Cakes:

  • They’re sweet
  • Creamy
  • Soft
  • Yummy
  • More, please

The kids weren’t the only ones who loved the Cloud Cakes.  My husband enjoyed the snacks as well.  He thought the cake had a nice, light texture and that the creme filling wasn’t too sweet.

Little Debbie Cloud Cakes are perfect for school lunches or as a special treat.   They’re individually wrapped making them great for on-the-go.  I’ve had to limit my kids to 1 per day!

Buy it: Cloud Cakes are available in mass merchandisers, supermarkets, dollar stores, variety stores and some convenience stores and other retailers nationwide.  The suggested retail price is $3.09 per carton.

    It’s so very hard to choose just one favorite Little Debbie snack… but if i’m forced to choose only one it would be the swiss cake rolls!! Yum!! Am I the only one who likes to take the chocolate covering off first, then unroll it and eat it one layer at a time? 🙂

    Growing up on the West Coast, we never heard of Little Debbie’s nor were we allowed to have food that was not homemade. Upon meeting my hubby from the Midwest, OMG, how do we survive without Little Debbie’s Petite Chocolate Cakes, just the right amount of chocolate and sweet goodness to satisfy the sweet tooth for this recovering chocoholic!
