My Harris Teeter Triples Shopping Trip

I made a trip to Harris Teeter this morning with LuLu.  I was able to get quite a few deals.  The sale turned out to be better than I expected.

I did mess up a bit, though.  I thought the mango’s were 2/$1 at HT, not FF.  The sign wasn’t up yet, so I grabbed 1 mango and overpaid by $0.50 (versus the Farm Fresh price).  I guess if that’s the worst thing that happens today, I’m doing good 🙂

See more Harris Teeter Grocery Deals!

Organic Milk = $5.99
Mango = $1
1 Pampers Wipes = $1
4 Yoplait Greek = FREE plus $0.30 moneymaker after e-VIC coupon
6 Yoplait Yogurts = $1.40 after coupon and EVIC coupon
2 YoCrunch Multipacks = $2
2 Vidal Sessoon = $0.50
1 Land o Lakes Half & Half = $0.34
3 French’s Fried Onions = FREE
1 YoCrunch Cup = FREE (had (1) $0.25/1 3/10 SS – others were $1/4)
2 Simplait yogurts = FREE
1 Tabasco = FREE
1 Quaker Popped Chips = FREE
3 Sister Schubert Rolls = FREE

Total Paid: $11.80
Total Saved: $55.84

I’m happy with my savings, especially since $7 was for milk and a mango!

How did you do?

nice job! My total was $22 before coupons and $5.65 after, so I was pretty happy. I just moved and the Princess Anne plaza location is my new store. It was just renovated and boy, is it NICE!

Also, if you are missing out on that specific coupon from SS. The french’s website currently has $.30 off/1 which this week does triple to $.90 off 1. Not free but still good savings if you missed the discount. =D

My overall savings were not as good as I’d hoped, but my best deals were: Dawn .25; Minute Rice .50; Pineapple .24/can; WW Tortillas .75/pkg; Better Oats free; Tofu .74 ea; Nasoya egg roll & wonton wrappers 1.05 ea; Stonyfield organic yogurt .30 ea; Greek 100 yogurt .10 ea.

I don’t stop much at Harris Teeter, and looking over my receipt there are 2 coupons in the “scanned coupons” section with a number beside them – I’m wondering if those were EVic coupons that I loaded a few weeks ago.

My bill was $60 and I paid $18 so I was pleased 🙂 I got a lot of the deals above plus Success boil in bag rice for $.50 a box.

My trip was good this week. I just moved to the DC area so my prices were slightly higher. 🙁
I lost my receipt somewhere between the checkout and home (but didn’t lost the coupons that printed???). My total before was I think $29.something. After it was $8. something. My best deals were the free Sister Schubert’s rolls, free Dixie sugar cubes, and really cheap Yogurt Crunch and liquid coffee creamers. I’m in coffee heaven this morning!

My great buy was getting Nature Own bread for $.04. I had a $.75/1 from set of coupons my husband got off of Ebay. 🙂
