I became a fan but I'm confused by what you mean "lose the number that Facebook assigned." I could always have my husband become fan too.
Facebook assigns a number to Fan Pages when you start them. Once you hit 100 fans they knock off the number and I'll just get to be The coupon Challenge Fan Page. Instead of The Coupon Challenge XXXXXXXXXX.
I'm weird and the numbers bother me.
