*CLOSED*

I’m currently reading Not Your Mama’s Crunchy Granola – 7 Weeks to a Healthier Lifestyle ebook by Crystal Collins.  I’m sure most of you already know that Crystal is the founder of The Thrifty Mama, a blog I have read for years.  She is now sharing her tips for living a more natural lifestyle in an easy to read ebook intended to help you make small changes over 7-weeks that can have a lasting impact on your life.

Not Your Mama’s Crunchy Granola – 7 Weeks to a Healthier Lifestyle is designed to help you learn to eat healthy, live green and save money.   The changes are taken in baby steps to help you not feel overwhelmed and to provide a chance to implement the tips into your life with “Calls to Action” at the end of each chapter.

I am on “Week One: Simplify” of the ebook.  Week 1 discusses cutting out some expenses to make room in your budget for natural foods and products.  My family already utilizes a few of her tips – we use cloth towels instead of paper towels, don’t use teeth whiteners and I rarely buy soda.

My “Calls to Action” for this week are:

  1. Try vinegar instead of dryer sheets
  2. Make my own pancake mix
  3. Try Coconut Oil instead of conditioner

I must say, I had no idea there are so many uses for Coconut Oil!  We have just substituted it for butter so far, now I have an entire list of uses for my Amazon purchase.

If you want to take the 7 week journey to healthier living, you can get a copy of Not Your Mama’s Crunchy Granola – 7 Weeks to a Healthier Lifestyle for only $2.99 with coupon code GETCRUNCHY.  Hurry, the coupon code is only valid through September 26th.

In addition to a copy of Not Your Mama’s Crunchy Granola – 7 Weeks to a Healthier Lifestyle ebook, you get 3 FREE bonuses – the Action Guide, Printable Recipes and a Free membership to the Natural and Thrifty Weekly Guide.

Hi!! I tweeted about the giveaway and I believe I already liked the pages on facebook! Not sure because I like so many of them! Also a way I would simplify my families life would be to use household cleaning supplies from products I have at home like vinegar and baking soda. That way I don’t have to spend extra money on cleaning supplies and not expose my family to all of those chemicals.

WOW, do I need this book. I am on medical leave just about ready for back surgery, I need to eat healthier and save money while becoming more aware of simply things I can do using the products I probably already have at home. Living on a budget has been a challenge now for 2 years and it looks like I will be out for another year while I recover from my surgery. I have already liked the coupon challege on facebook. AThanks for the giveaway. Much appreciated.

I would simplify my life by using vinegar for most of my cleaning- disinfectant, in place of bleach in the washer and to clean carpets stains.

There are so many ways I would like to simplify my life and save money. However, like many, the first step I think would be using vinegar for cleaning supplies. In addition, we follow a budget, but since we have started eating more healthy, we always go over on the food budget. I think this book would help us stay on track and hopefully cut our food spending even more. Thanks for the giveaway!

Hi, I love your website and Facebook page. I save alot nowadays.
I buy heavy duty car washing paper towels and i rewash them for paper towels in the house. They do not break apart in the washing machine. My Son folds them after laundry in neat squares and puts them in our napkin holder. I save tons doing this!
Thank you for allowing me to share my idea on how to save money!
