I have mine in the crock pot now! I couldn't believe how hard it is to find St. Patrick's day decorations (not to mention Shamrock Shakes) in the Hampton Roads area. I went Saturday and Michael's already clearanced their supply and there wasn't much left. Most other stores had nothing.
Wow! Who knew it was such a popular holiday in VA!
I'm going to the store to today. I'm excited to try corned beef for the first time 🙂
