So, major boo. I bought 6 boxes of cereal/crackers/breakfast stuff, thinking that they would all be $1.75. Nope, the 6th one was $2.50. I sat in the car trying to figure out why my total was more than I thought it was going to be. I finally figured it out. The cereal wasn't even what I was looking at. However, tornados which had a ss coupon a few weeks ago appear to be regular priced at 2/$4. It is a 1/1 coupon which makes them free. I have done it two weeks in a row which makes me fairly confident. As it is, I am slightly tempted to try and return the other box of cereal. Thanks for all your work.

I also got a 5/25 cat(excludes dairy). I am not sure why either. I didn't see it in their ad, but I read it online, so maybe I missed it. I suspect it had something to do with the cheese and 6 yogurts I bought, but no way to know for sure if it doesn't tell you.

Ohh, that would drive me crazy! I'd return the over priced cereal. I got the CAT too. Maybe from all the yogurt. I saw a sign about dairy month but oddly the CAt excludes dairy. Oh well, I'll take saving $5.

Thanks for the Tornados tip! I like to keep things like that in the freezer just in case.

When I returned the super overpriced box of cereal today someone mentioned in passing that they might not take ANY internet coupons anymore because they are having so many problems. Have you heard wind of this? Mind you this was from a cashier who wasn't sure what the limit was on doubled coupons so it could just be ignorance, but either way it would make me so sad.

Glad to hear you returned it-that cereal was way overpriced.

I haven't heard anything but the rumors that were circulating a couple months ago when they added the internet coupon policy. I'd be surprised if they stopped taking IP's. There are so many legitimate coupons out there. It's sad.

The Farm Fresh in my neighborhood has a sign posted that they will no longer accept internet coupons that make items free.

@Dana – on Diamond Springs. I noticed it when the cashier questioned my $2 on $4 chicken coupon, and another cashier pointed to the sign and said internet coupons are fine so long as they don't make the item free.

Interesting I was in the one on Military this morning and had no problems. I saved 26 dollars and paid $6. Most of my coupons made them free or right at it. I won't be doing much shoppin if they stop taking the coupons that make things free. That is the main reason I go.

Store specific? I hope it's not a new policy coming up. I'll work on confirmation for that.

Okay, I emailed corporate to get a general coupon policy and confirmation on what's going on with the printables.

Anonymous-I forgot to mention earlier. They were questioning the $2 off $4 FARM FRESH internet coupon. Do they think their store coupon sent via email is fraudulent?!? Just my thoughts…
