Farm Fresh Internet Coupon Policy

Disclosure: This post may contain an affiliate link.

I was able to pickup a copy of Farm Fresh’s new internet coupon policy today dated 04/30/10.  I can’t scan right now, so I’ll get it up Monday or Tuesday.  I was told not all employees are familiar with the policy yet as it is so new.  You should be able to get a copy at your local Farm Fresh customer service desk.  Mt. Pleasant has placed copies at the counter.  Apparently there has been an issue with fraudulent coupons.  Don’t do that!

There has been a change to the Farm Fresh Internet Coupon Policy.

Farm Fresh no longer accepts internet coupons for free product without a qualifying purchase.

Farm Fresh no longer accepts internet coupons with a redemption value greater than $5.00.

The following conditions apply to Internet Coupons:

  • DO NOT accept interent coupons for free product offers with do not require a qualifying purchase. (“Buy one get one free” is allowable)
  • DO NOT accept internet coupons with a redemption greater than $5.00.
  • DO NOT accept internet coupons that lack a UPC barcode
  • DO NOT accept photocopied internet coupons

A qualifying purchase (as explained to me) is when there is a value limit listed for the product in the fine print.  Ex. free up to $1.99 value.  An internet coupon with a qualifying purchase will only be deducted up to the allowable amount.  Ex. an internet coupon for free cookies up to $2.50 value.  If cookies are priced at $2.99, $2.50 will be taken off and the customer will be responsible for the remaining $0.49 (That seemed obvious to me but maybe some people don’t get that?)

You can’t bring in a $10 off internet coupon

Further, I was told that coupons that don’t automatically double-as coded in by the manufacturer, will not be doubled even if coded with a 5. I DON’T have a policy for that, though.

Recap:
B1G1 internet coupons are accepted
FREE product internet coupons must have a qualifying purchase (“up to” or “not to exceed” value)
No internet coupons with a redeemable value over $5 will be accepted

**See Farm Fresh Internet Coupon Policy HERE**

I hope this helps those of you that encountered problems this week.

I’ll add the policy copy once I can get it scanned.  If you happen to pick one up and can scan it, please email me.  Thanks! Added

Thanks, this is good to know – and I don't think it interferes with any of my couponing so that's good. Did they say anything about only 2 like coupons per order? I've had a little trouble with that, even if I have two transactions, they want me to leave the store and come back. But it seems to me if I have my husband with me, I can do two transactions since one can be his.

No, they didn't say anything about that. I'm going to write to corporate and see if I can get a complete policy.

You SHOULD be able to split into 2 transactions as long as you don't go over the 20 coupon limit. I can't say for certain though. When your husband is there he could also do 20 in my opinion. Just like if an older child can pay, they should be separate. That wouldn't work at HT limit with the VIC card 1 per household, though.

Ahh, so that's what my cashier was briefly looking at when I used a coupon for a free pack of cookies. She didn't say anything to me. They know me pretty well there tho. Well enough to know my kids names and to notice if we come late in the day. LOL Really, they KNOW us!

It's funny, yet nice that we're remembered. If I'm shopping later than usual the store manager notices I'm late or comments on a child missing 🙂
