How do you use saving star at farm fresh since they have no loyalty card? It says to use your upromise which I have an account but not a card.
You have to ask for a UPromise keytag at the customer service counter. I had to ask like 4 people before I found a manager that even knew what I was asking for. Then I had to wait a few weeks because they didn’t have any since no one really asks for them. It was worth the wait though because I save so much more now with that card. You just have them scan the card after each purchase. Hope this helps 🙂
Thanks so responding Katrina. Yes, ask you local store for a Upromise card. If they don’t have any, get them to order some from Corporate. If they tell you they can’t get them – put the store on the FF Facebook Page and I’m sure you’ll have one soon 🙂
i haven’t seen the dole fruit crisp in any store (went to two). what happened? anyone else have this problem?
My stores here in Hampton were wiped clean too Nicola!! It happens sometimes!
