Hampton Roads Locals: Painted Pot Pal Workshop for Kids @ McDonald Garden Centers 6/21!
Hey all you fellow Hampton Roads Locals!! Looking for something fun to do with the kids this weekend? Then head to you local McDonald Garden Centers for the Painted Pal Workshop Saturday, June 21 at 11:00 am.
At this workshop, your little sprouts will create their own bee-utiful bumblebee, lady bug or butterfly pot pal. They will learn all about these beneficial bugs in the world we live and in the garden. Cost, $12. Includes instructions and materials (terra-cotta pot, saucer, 4-inch herb plant, soil, paint and goggly eyes). This workshop is held at our three year-round locations only. It is a brief hands-on workshop designed for kids ages 3 and up. Parental assistance is required. Registration is recommended.
