Zaycon Foods has ZERO customer service. I had asked my son to pick up my order about $200.00 worth. He calls me and said he went to the wrong church. but was on the way. So I called the so-called customer service to say he would be about 5 minutes late. The woman stated it was up to the driver and he refused to wait. I guess losing a customer that spends thousands a year buying their products means nothing to them. When I asked to speak a supervisor she replied they were in a (MEETING). that’s lie-speak for no. I then proceeded to leave all my contact information and was assured a supervisor would contact me. Well, it’s been a month and no contact. I guess this must be typical of Left Coast companies. Seattle, Washington home of the child molesting mayor, terrible gun laws and the $1500 minimum wage. How’s that all that working out for you guys?
Hi Brian, I’m sorry to hear you had such a bad experience. They usually have good customer service. I would suggest trying to contact them again by phone and by email.
