I was disappointed this morning at Farm Fresh.  I didn’t realize there was Minute Maid juice pouches, so the Minute Maid deal was not so good.  Sorry!

I had coupons expiring today, so I spent a little bit more on a few things than I normally would

1 Russet Potatoes $1.99
2 Heinz ketchup $1.34
2 Goldfish $2
4 Propel $2
Folgers Coffee $3.99 (yikes)
2 Ortega Fried Beans $1.58
2 Starkist Tuna Pouch $1.18
2 Yoplait 4-pks $2
2 Garnier hair care $1
2 Garnier Mousse $1
1 Kikkoman FREE
2 Wheat Thin Stix FREE
2 Wheat Thins FREE
2 Ronzoni Garden Delight FREE
– $8 CAT from last week

Total Paid $13.28
Total Saved $41.27

I stopped by Harris Teeter yesterday to get milk, organic milk and coffee creamer.  I spent $11.77 and should be done for the week unless we don’t go apple picking this weekend, then I’ll need fresh fruit.

How did you do?

Had another great day at Farm Fresh. Had another 5/25 coupon today. Normally I keep one handly if I might spend $25. Today I was in a hurry and left it on top of the stack I had not thinking. The cashier took the 5/25 off my starting total. It made my trip today.
    This is what I got.

2 Fiber One 90 Calorie Brownies
    2 Fiber One Chewy Bars
    1 Kikkoman Soy Sauce
    2 Vanity Fair Napkins
    1 Minute Maid Coolers
Buy 4 Pepsi Product 12-pk can $4/10, Get Lipton Brisk 12-pk can FREE
    Cost starting was 26.88
I had the 5/25, (2) .75 brownies (2) .40 bars (1) .55 Kikkoman (1) 1.00 Vanity (1) 1.00 Minute Maid (Wasnt sure if it was gonna work it started with a 5 on the coupon so I just hoped and it did work) also had (4) 1.00 CATS from last week.
My ending total was 8.79, But had got 2 CAT. One I knew of was a 4.50 Milk. But also got a 4.50 24 pk of water CAT. Not sure how that came about. But with the CAT’s added in was -.21. Not a bad day.

I had tried the http://www.virginiaapples.org/pick-your-own/index.html and found a lot of great places but there were too many choices

You can see the comments on facebook here:
    https://www.facebook.com/TheCouponChallenge/posts/10150291890009194

Saunders Brothers Inc in Charolette, Virginia
    Martin’s Vineyard in NC
Graves Mountain Lodge in Madison Va
    Carters Mountain near Richmond

These are the 4 we are trying to decide between right now based on the fb recommendations

I’ll post when we go and the location we pick at
