I am super excited about this new pass offer for Virginia Residents from Water Country USA!   Virginia Residents can now get a $20 discount to Water Country USA!!

The discounted pass offers single-day admission to the water park with Adult tickets costing just $27.99 and kids tickets costing $20.99.

Please note that the offer is available online only and for “a limited time.”  However, if you plan to attend, purchased tickets will be valid through September 3rd.

If you’re Military, you can get in FREE!

Busch Gardens Williamsburg Twilight Pass

Busch Gardens is now offering a “Twilight” pass to visitors who come to the park after 3 pm.  You must purchase the pass online and it is available through September 3rd.

The pass will cost you $50 and is valid on admission after 3 pm and includes a complimentary dinner entree and one non-alcoholic beverage.

* Nightly fireworks end on August 19th.

Locals: Peace. Love. Swap Event 08/04

Hampton Roads Locals:

The Peace. Love. Swap Event is coming on Saturday, August 4 in Chesapeake at the Great Bridge Swim & Racquet Club!

Peace. love. swap is a way for local moms to get together and swap their maternity/infant/children’s outgrown clothing, shoes, toys and accessories for “new to you” items at the swap.  For only $5 and stuff to swap, moms can go through as many times as they’d like; taking all that they need for the upcoming season.

THIS IS A SUMMER/FALL SWAP ONLY.   No Christmas clothing.  No heavy outerwear, winter boots, scarves, mittens, etc.  If brought, these items will be donated.  Arrive between 10:30-11:30 for drop-off of your items.  No items will be received after 11:30.  Swapping will begin around 12:00.

Pre-register for the Summer and Fall Swap, Shop and SWIM ($5 online, $7 at the door). Only the first 50 registered swappers will receive the SWAG BAGS!

Learn to draw Spiderman. Minimum age for participation is 3. It appears that there are other event times throughout the week as well. July 2 – July 8th – call your local store for event times. Free Introduction to Pro Tools 10 Workshop
