What are e-VIC coupons?
E-VIC Coupons are electronic coupons and promotions available to you through the e-VIC program. Harris Teeter will LIKELY have a Super Double coupon event starting April 15th! I haven’t seen the ad yet, so I’m not saying 100%.  I’m hearing conflicting dates, but can pretty much say that is will be within 2 weeks.
